Agent Referrals

At Tailored, relationships are important to us. We understand the value of communication and protecting the relationships that you have created with your clients over the years. That is why we developed our agent referral program to let you as a real estate agent focus on sales and rest assured that your clients have the care and support they need with a property manager.

Tailored specializes exclusively in property management and we have designed our Agent Referral program to give the same level of care and attention that you would give to your clients. As property management specialists we only focus on property management and will never take your client away from you.

When you refer prospective homeowners, investors or residents to Tailored, you can be assured that:

  • You’ll receive among the most generous referral fees in the region.
  • When your client is ready to sell, they will be able to get out of their Agreement with us with only 30 days notice.
  • Our pledge is to maintain the property and provide the best possible support to your client and smoothly transition them back to you once they are ready to sell.
  • We’re creating your future pipeline of buyers! By reporting on-time payments, we’re building the credit of your future home buyers.

Rewards for Owner/Investor Referrals

Referral Rewards are contingent upon a signed property management agreement and placement of the first tenant and are based on the monthly rental rate of the referred propert(ies):

  • Less than $2,000 = $250
  • $2,000 - $2,600 = $350
  • Over $2,600 = $450

Rewards require that the referral result in a signed property management agreement within 120 days of referral. In the case of a referral of an individual/investor with multiple properties, we will pay a reward for each property that becomes managed by us within 120 days (4 months) of the initial referral, up to a maximum of $1,000 per lead.

Rewards for Tenant/Resident Referrals

Most residents find our homes through a search engine or service like Zillow or Trulia. However, we know the referral of a trusted agent makes a big difference. We require that all showings of our properties are conducted by licensed property managers or agents. If you conduct the showing for a prospective tenant that you refer to us, Tailored will provide you with a $150 reward upon signing of a lease. We’ll also be sure to refer your client back to you when they’re ready to purchase a home.
